Fulcrum Lease Document Templates

We encourage every potential applicant to review the Fulcrum’s lease document templates before applying. This package of documents includes the following items:

1. Master Lease Agreement: This looks very similar to most other lease agreements in Colorado.

2. Utility and Maintenance Addendum: This is also a very common template which will differ by neighborhood.

3. Good Neighbor Addendum: This is where you will find the unique provisions of Fulcrum’s Good Neighbor Program. This document specifies valuable benefits like the right to renew, rent controls, and the Good Neighbor Co-pay. It also specifies your responsibilities if you want to access those benefits. This stuff is unique to Fulcrum, and it is important to you. Read it carefully.

4. What Do I Pay When: This document provides an example of how and when the Good Neighbor Co-Pay will affect your rental expenses.
