1. Find an available Fulcrum home you love. Verify that your household meets the income qualifications for Fulcrum and for the specific home you like

2. Schedule a private tour of the home

3. Review the Fulcrum Master Lease forms and the What Do I Pay When overview, so that you know exactly what will be expected of you

4. Complete the Fulcrum Application and pay the $32 non-refundable Application Fee that covers the cost of detailed background checks into employment, income, credit, renting, and criminal records

5. Wait for a selection decision from Fulcrum

6. eSign the Lease

7. Set up your account on the Fulcrum Resident Portal, and make your initial ePayment

8. Move into your new home

9. Be a Good Neighbor (and get rewarded for it)

10. Coordinate questions and maintenance requests to Fulcrum through the Tenant Portal

11. Don’t worry about renewals. After the first year, your lease auto-renews monthly. Seamless.

12. Re-certify your income annually
